The host was accommodating and the house had the necessary amenities for our family of five. The neighborhood is safe. However, this location is directly in the flight path from RDU. The noise and vibrations from airplanes taking off overhead all night is torture. It feels like the house is made of cardboard when the airplanes fly over (repeatedly, all day and night). You are better off in an inexpensive, insulated airport hotel if you want to be able to sleep. This cannot be overstated or overlooked unfortunately. The carpet also smells like it needs to be replaced.

This property is safe with some really nice touches. There are lots of games and books to keep the kids busy, laundry and supplies, an outdoor deck, a cozy and a cozy fireplace. However, the home needs some TLC, such as interior paint refresh on the baseboards and in the stairwell, and there are watermarks on the ceilings in some rooms.The most disappointing issue was the cleanliness of the house. There were personal items from previous guests left in a few of the bedroom and bathroom drawers. Also, there was debris in the freezer and refridgerator as well as short and long hairs left in various places.

This was a lovely, clean, and well-equipped home in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very convenient to RDU airport and the whole Triangle area. It worked so well for us that we actually ended up extending our stay by three days. The only slight downside was that noise from the road and the airport at certain hours made sitting on the beautiful deck a little less pleasant than we would hope. However, the noise was not an issue inside the house at all. All in all, highly recommended.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had a family vacation. The home was lovely! Better than the pictures. The location was awesome. It was very convenient to all we did. Being close to the airport was a plus for us. Turns out, the noise was not as bad as expected! This is definitely a do over stay for us!

Flew in to dress shop for my daughter's wedding in Raleigh. Perfect place to stay. Close, convenient, quaint. Claire went above and beyond our expectations with the incoming storm. Very sweet of her to be concerned for us!

Perfect stay for a quick family getaway!

Claire’s home was truly the perfect spot for our weekend trip. Communication was easy and responsive and she provided easy instructions to get in the house. We appreciate a home that welcomes pets without a fee and was also super clean. There were many thoughtful touches that were an added bonus, such as dog bowls, stickers and drawing activities for the kids, and stocked with many of the basics to provide a convenient stay. Location was in a quiet and cute neighborhood, conveniently super close to the airport, and a quick 20 minute drive to Durham and Cary. Highly recommend!
