We stayed for 3 full weeks. The home is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well appointed. The living room is bright with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a big smart TV in the great room. The dining table is big enough to seat 8/10 people. High ceilings throughout and an upstairs loft, so it makes this home feel much larger. The kitchen is well-stocked, appliances all seem to be on the newer side and a large pantry. The coffee station has a Keurig, coffee pot and a French press. The beds were comfortable, good quality lines with ample closet and drawer space. The bathrooms were immaculately clean with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap etc. Upstairs there is a loft with a desk and a double-sized day bed in the event you needed extra sleeping space. TV upstairs with a gaming system. All bedrooms are on the 1st level. The property has both a large porch and a back deck. On the well-lit porch, there is plenty of comfortable seating as well as an easy-to-use projection tv. The outside deck also has seating, a coffee table and a firepit. There are probably 20 steps down to the private fenced backyard. At the top of the deck is a “baby” gate in the event you want to stop a little one from getting to the stairs. Max, the property manager was exceptional - he was responsive and checked in to see if we had any needs. Highly recommend.

Nearness to Duke Clinic

We needed close to Duke Clinic and this house was less than 10 minutes. The house had everything we wanted and needed for our stay. Bedrooms on first floor and fenced yard for our pup.Host was very responsive and helpful. House is beautifully appointed and we would definitely stay again.

Perfection! Do not hesitate to book this property.

We came to Durham to visit our son at Duke. It was less than a 10 minute drive to East Campus. The house was wonderful. It was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Our college student even opted to stay with us once he saw the loft, gaming system and coffee. Super comfortable beds, extra blankets, plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen. We felt safe in and outside of the home. The street was a bit busy but it did not cause any concerns or issues. Max was a prompt communicator. We didn't have any issues but I have no doubt he would have addressed them quickly and efficiently if needed. The house was spotless. Not only were the surfaces clean but the home is clearly deep cleaned after each guest. We've stayed at multiple rentals around Duke and Max's home will be the first listing we attempt to book in the future. Thank you!

A Hidden Gem in Durham!

This newly listed property is a dream home in Durham. The property is spacious, immaculate, well stocked, and the perfect house for a large group. As a regular VRBO user, this is probably one of the top and best decorated, spacious, and cleanest stays I have had. This will be my go-to stay in Durham until my son graduates. Please take care of this gem and treat it with care if you plan to visit. Thanks for sharing your home, Max :-)
