Sleep Accommodations

This spacious, 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom holds1 King bed. The guest bedroom holds1 Queen bed. In addition there are 3 fold away twin beds, one twin daybed and one fold away pack n play crib available with sheets, pillow cases and blankets provided for all bed sizes.

Guest Appeal

This home away from home is perfectly suited for short overnight stays or travelling medical professionals, business travelers and all other extended stay purposes. The apartment is on the ground floor and only one level, no stairs. It is located 10 miles from Duke University Hospital, 10 miles from UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, 9 miles from Raleigh Durham International Airport and 4 miles from Research Triangle Business Park. It is conveniently near Highways 55, 54 and I-40, with dining, shopping and entertainment at nearby Southpoint Mall or take a short drive to downtown Durham. Go for a walk on the beautiful grounds or take your pet for a walk at the nearby Bark Park or take a walk or bike ride on the nearby American Tobacco Trail.

Decor and Environment

When you walk inside our home you will enter into an inviting space complete with a garden tubs, screened patio space, a view of the luxury pool area and all the amenities you need. The pool is open from April to October from dawn to dusk. Pool closures are subject to last minute notice and not under our immediate control. You will be surrounded by lovely art work, textures and motifs. Catch up on your most recent shows and episodes on the Smart TV supported by internet speeds up to 300 Mbps or enjoy a game of Connect Four, Jenga or a puzzle. It is all up to you!

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in front of your apartment. Garages and carports require a reserved, paid parking pass, handicap parking requires a handicap license plate or placard. Host is not responsible for towing.

This is not an event space so please enjoy relaxing. This is a self check-in property with an outside facing camera.

Inside was well kept but….

This place was nice inside but they don’t take care of the complex. I pool was constantly dirty at on point we tried to clean it ourselves, and you can’t access the gym. The inside of this rental was really nice and well maintained. Location was good and close to a lot of things! If you are traveling for work be aware the WiFi was TERRIBLE- which made it almost impossible to work without a hotspot.

Quick visit

This property was exactly as described. Apartment was clean, well-decorated and had the necessary items for a comfortable 1-week stay. The complex was quiet and felt private among the beautiful trees and landscaped property. The pool area was beautiful and inviting.

Look no further!

If you need a dog friendly community near Duke facilities or downtown Durham this is the perfect place. And we can’t say enough about Tabatha. She was so responsive and accommodating! The apartment was as described- spotless and comfortable. We will certainly be back for our next visit to the area.

Beautiful apartment

Very nicely furnished 2 bedroom2 full bath apartment. The location was great for me and I always felt safe. The property grounds were well maintained and the abundance of trees on and surrounding the property lessens the apartment complex ambiance. The pool area is very inviting. I would definitely rent again.

Great for my dog and I!

Loved having a place in the triangle area for myself and my dog while we were in town for work! Easy access and parking, and centrally located for my needs. My dog loved taking a short walk to the dog park to run around! He also enjoyed playing with the dog toys they left (so much so that I had to buy him his own to have back at our house!). The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Would definitely love to come back.

Spotless spacious apartment very dog friendly

This is a great place to stay with dogs. Clean and spacious, do relief areas right outside door and dog park on premises. We and our 3 dogs had plenty of room to spread out. Very central to chapel hill and Durham. Communication with host was seamless. Can’t say enough positive things about it. Thanks!

Communication should get 6 stars. We have stayed here 3 times. Every question, request or small complaint was handled almost immediately. Tabatha is more like a concierge than a property manager.

Just what we needed

Traveling with our dog limits our options. This property was perfect with green space and an enclosed dog park. We come to the area once a month and we plan to stay again even if we don’t bring our dog.
