“The sheets and pillow cases in the room were stained. The room was having mold issues. The commode in the restroom is moving. Very poorly maintained property. I’m surprised that Expedia is not making sure the pictures of the properties listed on the site don’t match the rooms and the hotel. ”

“Entrance to property is blocked with scooters. Rooms although cleaned had stained bedsheets and pillow covers. We got ours changed though. Our bedroom window is btoken, and on window sill a lot of cigarette butts, dust, dirt was there. Damaged Window not repaired thereby noise from road plus mosquito entering was annoying on the whole i will not recommend anyone to stay in such places. Feel unsafe”

“バスターミナル近くのホテルと言う条件で選びましたが外見が予想以上に立派で驚きました。大きなロビーは吹き抜けになっていて雰囲気もよくロビーもレストランもとてもきれいです。 レセプションスタッフはとても礼儀正しくチェックイン前の時間でしたがすぐに部屋を用意してくれました。チェックアウトの時も同じスタッフさんたちでしたが、知っている日本語を話してくれたりして、とてもフレンドリーで楽しかったです。 お部屋は広く必要な物は何でもそろっていて、日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付きでした。 朝食もインド料理中心ですが、種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 一番印象に残ったのは、すべてのスタッフの礼儀正しさです。 一泊の滞在でしたが本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。”

“Staff support was outstanding. Rooms were excellent and maintained very well. The staff assisted us in scheduling a cab for our next trip at the time of checkout after our original cab booking did not materialize. ”

“Overall a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a nice swimmingpool. The hotel feels like a quiet "oas" in the hetic Chennai. Breakfast was good. There is a big mall with about 100 shops and a foodcourt just opposite the entrance of the hotel. There is also the "Chennai Metro" just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is not possible to go to airport by Metro because construcation is not completed yet. But you can go to the mayor busstation by Metro.”

“Everything was great! Room, staff, amenities. Special thanks to the doorman Yuvraj for sourcing an umbrella for me multiple times. To anyone going for a US visa thing (bio, int). It's a bit of a pain to walk to the consulate/biometric place because roads are dug up. But not too bad, about 15 minutes of a walk, faster if you can hail transport and pay without a phone. Please leave your stuff at the hotel, locker situation is dicey.”

“Great staff and service..they accomodated all our requests and were very professional. I only wish the a/c was little better .the location was not that great to take a walk around or not close to much attractions .but overall the staff and service was great”
