“Pros: Amazing AC & refrigerator that kept things really cold! Super clean! Furthest walking distance was 10 minutes to restaurants & shops. Owners were very nice & helpful. The property had snacks & coffee pods. The shower never ran out of hot water & had plenty of pressure. Plenty of light in the room & bathroom. Cons: There’s not a place to hang your clothes. There’s not a little table to put items on other than two little night stands. We would definitely stay at this property again!”

“These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. ”

“This was our first time staying at an inn and it was wonderful. The inn is beautiful and so relaxing. I loved the real breakfast they served that kept us full almost until dinner time. There were so many little things like chocolate on the bed and an ice cold pitcher of water waiting in the room for it that just made it even better. I would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. ”

“Good: Easy check-in, cute property in the heart of walkable Eureka Springs. Balcony is great, and the provided snacks were a nice touch. Cool vintage appliances. Bad: clearly a brand new efficiency reno - very sparsely and cheaply furnished, window shades not secured properly and fell down every time we used them. “Wonderful place! Didn't want to leave. The view was amazing and the staff were very gracious. The facility was the perfect size for two people. No complaints whatsoever. A couple of tips: some convenience items are available for purchase in the main office which are not on display and there is a small sign for them (ice, bug spray etc). And the road is unpaved and pretty rough coming in but to be expected with such great seclusion. ”
