âThe proprietors are Patels - they know how to run a great hotel/motel. Everything was great. Definitely do not book via Expedia, though -- just go to American Inn's website to book. Cheaper that way. And, Expedia is a horrible company! They will book you with hotels that do not honor the reservation! Expedia really sucks. That was my mistake - using Expedia. American Inn is great, though.â

It was conveniently located to the beach & town. We parked our car & walked where we needed to go the whole weekend⊠itâs just a few blocks to the beach. It was quiet for our stay.
There isnât a swimming pool but weâre there for the beach so not a problem for us. No breakfast but coffee is available to make in your room, again not a problem for us, we enjoy getting our own breakfast/coffee when we come to Pismo.

âMe and my boyfriend both liked the style of the hotel, so much we decided on an extra night right when we got to our room. The front desk was very helpful so we could keep our room an extra night. Clean good size room with comfy bed. There is some noice leaking from the hallway, so if you are a light sleeper you might want a room at the end. If you dont want to leave the hotel at all the restaurant has a perfect view and good food, well worth a visit. I would love to go back =)â

âLoved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is lovely and helpful and the location is perfect. Steps away from the beach and a really nice pier. The shower was well appointed and large, the bathrooms were great (double sinks) and the beds were amazing.
All of the amenities were solid. We absolutely loved our stay hereâ

âVery small rooms but clean and comfortable. Parking in front of rooms was nice to unload and load. Bed is small good thing we are average size couple;) it is very close to Main Street witch was nice too! I would definitely recommend for a quick get away. â
