Our well-maintained farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location with stunning mountain views at the foot of the Watzmann and serves as an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the national park or simply a stroll through the center of Ramsau. Our guests can expect a family-friendly atmosphere. A beautiful sun terrace with a lawn for sunbathing, a children’s playground, and a barbecue area await you. In winter, there’s plenty of space to build snow castles or really let off steam during a snowball fight. The slope in front of the house is ideal for sledding or taking your first steps on skis; a paradise for you and your whole family.<br> Make yourself at home in our new, cozy vacation apartment. It measures approximately 65 square meters. We’re committed to using mainly natural materials such as reclaimed wood from our own alpine pasture, natural wood floors, linen, and felt. The living room features a flat-screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, a large sofa bed for two people, and access to a private balcony. The modern living-dining area is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker… The reclaimed wood in the separate bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Your own cozy balcony offers you the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or wind down the day with a glass of wine.
