The house was very suitable for us as a group. Nice rooms and the location in Ramsgate not far from the harbor is ideal. The rooms correspond exactly to the photos shown. The garden is beautifully designed and is visited daily by squirrels, which are easy to observe. We felt very comfortable. The contact with Deanna was very nice and questions about the house or the process were answered very quickly. Thank you very much. Thanks very much Guido for your very nice review. Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you liked the house and your back was ok! In regard to your comment about the garden and young children - the garden is walled and there is a gate at the top of the stairs to the basement, which you can lock to stop children walking down. However I would never recommend leaving very young children alone as they might always find something to climb, so it is possible they might try climb over the gate if they are tall enough. We have on average between 40 - 45 bookings every year with parties consisting of young children and this is the first time anyone has mentioned this as an issue (we have been going 13 years). I always mention there are lots of stairs in the house, as I don't want disappointed or stressed guests. Being a town house it is on many levels as shown in the photos. So I always make clear it is the responsibility of those in the house to take care of their kids. This hasn't been a problem before. Regarding parking, the house is in the centre of town, a few minutes from the beach and parking is free on the street. I make it clear that it is often tricky to park all the cars in our street late at night. I can see that with the 4 cars you had (3 you said were big) that it would be a struggle to get all 4 of those on our street each time even during the day. There is though plenty of space to double park to load and unload, often some parking on the square opposite if our street is full and there is always plenty of parking on Royal Esplanade which is a 5 minute walk away. If I know a group has many cars I suggest they park at least one or two on the Esplanade out of consideration for the other residents of the street. You mentioned your daughter never had a problem with her smaller car, so it is also a case that size matters! Sorry you had a problem with the key safe, unfortunately it wasn't something you mentioned when I rang to see if everything was ok. The guests who stayed last week and who are there now haven't have had any issues with it, so I'm not sure really what the issue you had was. I am always very happy to help with any requests or if any problems crop up and I try to respond as quickly as possible. I aim to try and make our guests holidays as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Thank you and best wishes
