“Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple.”

“The reservation couldn't be found. So check in took a long time. It took a while to find the place, firstly. By the time we finally got to our room, the door next to our room kept slamming in the wind. I had to prop it open with a table so it wouldn't keep us awake. The other stayers were noisey. Noone told me where the kitchen was, I had to ring reception. And they didn't know. By the time we found it, we were so tired. Ended up eating some chips and going to sleep. “Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc...
