The 18 hole putting course will be there when you are ready for a challenge. Our home is furnished with designer contemporary decor, with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances with gas cooktop and a TRAEGER smoker outside. There are 3 bedrooms with luxurious mattresses plus an office/den if you need to set up for any work.
I love to cook, so you'll find everything you need to make a gourmet dinner, including plenty of spices.
We have ceiling fans in all the rooms and commercial grade remote control outdoor shades that you can lower for the hot afternoons. Custom indoor shades as well.
Our backyard pool contains a large hot tub, and a tanning shelf with chaise loungers sitting under a shade umbrella. Our covered outdoor living area has plenty of comfy seating, and is flanked by a dinning table for 6.
Amenities at Del Webb are as follows: 18 hole putting course, 2 pool tables at the Clubhouse. Coffee service at the Clubhouse starting at 8 am M-F. Large heated pool and hot tub with lots of chaise loungers and shaded upholstered day beds to enjoy the amazing desert views. The well equipped gym is open 7 days a week and the club house bar is open on Thursday and Friday evenings.
There are miles of lushly landscaped walking trails with amazing mountain views from almost everywhere. We are a 5 minute drive from a first class casino and a 10 minute drive to all the entertainment choices at the brand new Acrisure Arena.
We are centrally located in Rancho Mirage and less than 20 minutes to the airport, Palm Springs or the El Paseo shopping/dining area in Palm Desert. We are also only 5 minutes from the Bob Hope on ramp to Hwy 10.
