Nestled in the idyllic Upper Möll Valley and surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Hohe Tauern, this stylish and comfortable 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests—perfect for couples, families, or friends. The apartment is barrier-free, making it ideal for guests with reduced mobility or seniors.



There are two separate bedrooms with high-quality, comfortable beds and ample storage. The modern, accessible bathroom features a walk-in shower. The bright open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for cooking and relaxing together. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures comfort year-round.



For your entertainment and convenience: high-speed internet (great for streaming or working remotely), cable TV with three TVs, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot is available on request.



Relax in the spacious shared garden, enjoy the sun, or breathe in the fresh mountain air. The covered terrace offers stunning mountain views, and a barbecue is available for shared use. Children will love the playground right on the property.



Two shared parking spaces are available in front of the house, including one covered spot.
