“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”

“First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. “Staff was pleasant, activity room area was vibrant and full of guests having fun when I checked in. Room was clean, with easy to clean surfaces no carpet which is a plus. Bed was ok but would definitely benefit from having a memory foam topper or better mattress that is designed to prevent pressure points.
