“Great location in central Charleston. Close to everything. Big, open room. Parkings available at several places around (for a fee). The only negative with the place is the steep narrow stairs. But that is on us due to heavy, big bags. Great spot.”

The kitchen house is in the back of a beautiful old home, historically it would have been the kitchen for the main house where servant quarters were above the kitchen. “Place is great. As advertised. You do share an interior door with the family that owns the house. This can not be locked. I would definitely stay here again!One word of caution for older individuals. There are two flights of exterior stairs to get for the apartment and then the living quarters are on the next floor. Navigating this with heavy luggage could be problematic.”

This house is so spectacular and their hosting is so casual and comfortable that I can't believe anyone would not be glad they chose it.
