The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, while the sleeping area offers a double bedroom and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms, complete this perfect solution for those seeking comfort, style, and relaxation.
Even though the apartment does not have parking, its central location allows you to fully enjoy your vacation with everything within easy reach!

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with total freedom, without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dishcloth, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the reservation price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the rules for waste separation.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
