Sehr geehrter Herr Haese, Ich fand erstaunlicherweise Ihre Meinung mit nur einem Stern, und diesbezueglich moechte ich meine Meinung schreiben, da Sie damit mir einen grossen Nachteil erteilen. Als erstes moechte ich klarmachen, dass der Ausdruck "Rollstuhlgerecht", den Sie gelesen haben, in Wirklichkeit auf einem Missverstaendnis beruht: ich habe soviele Details wie moeglich angegeben, und dabei geschrieben, dass man mit einem Rollstuhl die WOHNUNG betreten kann. Zwar gibt es einige Treppen, aber im Eingang des Hauses, und nicht in der Wohnung. Auf jeden Fall habe ich Ihnen gleich bei der Buchung geschrieben, und genau beschrieben, wie die Situation aussah. Sie haetten gleich abbuchen koennen, und das haben sie NICHT getan. Und zwar: Sie haben sogar die falsche Adresse angegeben, und den Mail nicht bekommen. In Ihrem eigenen Interesse haetten Sie doch genau die Webseite anschauen sollen, und das haben Sie anscheinend nicht getan. Zweitens: PARKPLATZ. Sie haben anscheinend nicht gelesen, was wir angegeben haben als Information. Es gibt verschiedene Parkplaetze, aber die Beschreibung ist 100%ig genau. d.h.es gibt vor der Tuer. auf der anderen Seite der Strasse einige Parkplaetze, die nicht immer frei sind, dann gibt es Parkplaetze am HAfen, aber mit Uhr (3 Std.). Wir haben eine sehr genaue Beschreibung angegeben, und nochmals habe ich Ihnen geschrieben, um Sie darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Umsonst. Sie haben meine Antwort ein zweites Mal nicht gelesen. Dann erteilen Sie eine 1-Stern Rezension, ohne zu beachten, was Sie an Positivem erlebt haben, und das ist sehr ungerecht, und dabei hat unsere Hilfsperson bei der Ankunft Ihnen aus reiner Guete geholfen, die Koffer hochzutragen. Ihre Rezension ist falsch, und ich wehre mich dagegen. Im Allgemeinen kann ich nur sagen, dass ich sehr aufmerksam und hoeflich war, und Siedagegen richtig falsch und sehr boesartig. Hoffentlich lesen andere Leser auch die anderen Rezensionen, und nicht nur Ihre. Mit bestem Gruss, Betty von Hoenning La recensione del signor Haese è falsa e maligna, in quanto per un errore di traduzione la nostra casa risultava accessibile per sedie a rotelle. Alla domanda del Signor Haese, che faceva riferimento alle persone che sarebbero arrivate come ospiti, ho subito indicato che nell'ingresso dell'edificio c'erano 5 gradini per arrivare all'ascensore, e che questo forse non era di dimensioni tali da far entrare una sedia a rotelle. Il signor Haese avrebbe potuto disdire senza alcuna spesa la prenotazione, mentre non ha neppure letto la mail, nè il messaggio contenuto nel sito di VRBO. Ho inoltre spiegato i vari parcheggi disponibili (verificabili sul sito) che corrispondono alla realtà, ma il signor Haese ha candidamente confessato che aveva messo un indirizzo mail obsoleto. Al suo arrivo abbiamo accolto le persone tramite la nostra operatrice, che si è perfino spesa per trasportare i bagagli agli ospiti. Incurante della posizione, dei servizi, dell'aria condizionata e di tutti gli accessori, ci ha gentilmente affibbiato una unica stella, danneggiando non poco la nostra struttura. Protesto ufficialmente con questa mia risposta indicando ai futuri ospiti di prendersi la cura di leggere le altre recensioni, perchè il danno è ormai fatto, ma solo a causa di una persona ingiusta che non ha apprezzato quanto è stato fatto da noi, pur esulando dai doveri di ogni buon Host. Gentile Signora Maida, La ringraziamo per la recensione positiva. Cerchiamo di mettere i nostri ospiti a loro agio, come fossero in casa propria. Abbiamo pensato di rendere l’appartamento funzionale e poco ricco di arredamenti, in quanto lo spazio è molto importante per noi, e se questa nostra esperienza sarà positiva per l’inverno come per l’estate, saremo ben lieti di rispondere ad eventuali richieste dei nostri ospiti per accontentarli al massimo. Trattandosi di una appartamento di città, si presta perlopiu’ per lunghi periodi, quindi saremo ben lieti di esaminare anche proposte di affitto mensili a prezzi agevolati. For the record: It was very unpleasant to find, for the first time during the whole summer, a very dirty apartment which we had to clean thoroughly after the guests had left. They left clothes under the beds, very dirty kitchen, bathroom, windows etc. and that is why we decided to report the lack of cleanliness one would expect from a family in a foreign house. I have hesitated, but then decided to do so. I understand that my report to Homelidays about these guests has caused an understandable desire of revenge which in any way, does not influence our desire to please any guest arriving in our flat, which had been left only one day before their arrival but was in a perfect state, clean and comfortable. I do not want to comment the text written by a clear desire to harm us, since when these guests left, we were told by SMS they would come back. So where lies the truth? I am very sad that this family has not appreciated our flat or has changed its mind, clearly after my report. I am sure we will find again kind and well educated guests, and are sure to be able to satisfy any other guests in future. We didn't ask for a deposit for this family, but we decided, after this stay, to reintroduce it, since we had a bad moment when having to clean the house after their departure.
