This functional apartment, perfect for 5 people, is ideally located for exploring the Ligurian Riviera—not only the town of Rapallo with its shops, but also San Michele di Pagana, Santa Margherita Ligure, and the beautiful Portofino. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony.

The Space

The approximately 73-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator (not wheelchair accessible) and is laid out as follows:



LIVING ROOM featuring a relaxation area, a dining area, and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed.

KITCHENETTE with a stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM I featuring a double bed and a wardrobe.

BEDROOM II with two single beds and a wall-mounted wardrobe.

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet.

BALCONY



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (3-split system), TV, independent heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to keep in mind

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Rapallo, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 10 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
