Peonie 5 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

Cozy three-room apartment with open kitchen and large private terrace, located in a quiet neighborhood a few steps from the city center and the beaches. It is the perfect location to spend your holidays and relax in Rapallo.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for guests, and a private bathroom with a shower. The house is very bright and from the terrace you can enjoy a pleasant open view of the Castle of Rapallo and a partial sea view.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (except the terrace) and is equipped with television and wifi. A hairdryer, towels and bed linen are also available for the duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!
The center of Rapallo and the waterfront can be reached with a pleasant walk of about ten minutes.

We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and that the building does not have an elevator. The road to reach the property is slightly uphill.

House rules:
- Check-in to be arranged with the host from 15:00 to 21:00. Alternatively, it is also possible to arrange self check-in (always starting at 15:00).
- Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 21:00 a supplement of Eur 30 is required for late check-in until 23:00 or Eur40 for arrivals after 23:00 (not mandatory if self-check-in is required).
- Upon check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID card or passport.
- Upon check in, the guest will sign a rental agreement according to Italian law.

City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).

- Check-in at the apartment by appointment from 15 to 21. Alternatively, it is possible to organize a self check-in (always starting at 3 p.m.).
- Tourist tax (4.00 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival
- In case of late arrivals after 21, a supplement of Euro 30 is required for late check-in until 23 or Euro 40 for arrivals after 23 (not in the case of self check-in).
- Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identity document
- Upon check-in, the guest is made to sign a rental agreement as required by law.
