Your Rapid City adventure begins at this lovely 3-bedroom house on the west side of Rapid City. 30 Minutes to Sturgis, SD and Mt Rushmore and less than 10 minutes from Rapid City Harley Davidson. This home features a primary bedroom downstairs in the fully finished basement with private living room and bathroom and queen bed. Full Laundry room and home gym are also available in the basement area. The main floor hosts 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with 65” TV, WiFi, and large sectional couch that can be used as an additional sleeping area. There is a full mattress futon on the second floor and a portable AC unit is provided for comfort. It can still get a little warm at times, however.
Access from the kitchen leads to a large private back yard and covered patio attached to a two car garage for bikes and toys. A 4 Burner gas grill and 40’”flat top griddle are available for use. Alley access to garage has an additional 18’ x 22’ unpaved parking area for additional vehicles, trailers and toys. If needed there is also a 18’ x 12’ parking area that can be made available. On street parking is also available.
