This house was fantastic! Only complaint was window AC units were not enough on the main level for over 100 degree days but that is Mother Nature in SD! The kitchen was smaller than we expected but otherwise we loved this house!

This is a fantastic property. Lots of room: formal living and dining, plus a dinette and casual room. This does not count the basement area which is large. Central location to all the attractions. Obviously well-cared for by the owner. Very responsive to messages. We would love staying here again. Highly recommend.

CLEAN! Wow we have never stayed at a cleaner home! We visited South Dakota from Illinois, 10 people total 4 adults, 6 children, all under the age of 13. This house was so perfect for us. Very well stocked in a great central location in what felt like a very safe neighborhood. All the upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning units, the beds were nice and we enjoyed all the board games. Overall, we had a great experience in this house and I truly cannot express how clean this home was.

Exactly What We Needed for Our Trip

We had a great stay! The house is older, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our group. It was the perfect home base for all of our South Dakota adventures. Comfortable, cozy, and just right for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We’d stay here again!

Though it’s bit dated style, property was kept very clean and we enjoyed our stay as it’s close to major attractions near Rapid City. Would recommend for people who like old style and clean place.
