âItâs a fantastic lodge in the middle of the kungör. The cabins are very rustic, but has electricity and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi in the public building. Good food, wine and beer in the restaurant. Nice tours in the jungle and fantastic personel. If you donât expect a five star hotel, than you get a five star experience.â
âWonderful of the grid adventure! Like visiting family, the host is friendly and knowledgeable. You are right in the jungle with howler monkeys, colorful birds and lush vegetation. Rain on the tin roof at night made sleeping a tranquil experience.â
âMy daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed La Finca Azul, and especially the family whose vision it is -- including Nacho, Oli, and Cece, the three dogs. I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. â
âThis place is just beautiful. Itâs like everything Costa Rica has to offer in one place. The staff and hotel manager are top notch. Highly recommend you bring your hiking shoes and enjoy the entire property. You will not be disappointed. This is a must see hotel. â
âThis is such a gorgeous property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We wish we had more time there, but only stayed for 1night and had to catch our flight out that morning.

âIt was a perfect stay. All chalets were very cosy and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, amazing views, relaxing and just perfect in all ways. The restaurant was great too, won't regret it at all. All service was just great. Will absolutely choose this hotel when I am back one day.â
âThe forest and the wildlife are the reason for staying here so in that respect this place gets 10 out of 10. We did a birding tour and a night walk and took advantage of the free nature walk. The latter was conducted by Joel and I strongly encourage people not to pass on this even though they may have other tours booked. It was absolutely superb and held our interest for every minute of the 3 hours.

âEverything was ok except not so nice breakfast. There was egg, coffee and fruits but not so much more that we want for breakfast. Youghurt but only with a lot of sugar in. Croissant but with sugar. Just toast (white bread) and marmelade. Why not fresh bread from a bakery and real cheese, ham, salmon etc? Natural youghurt without sugar?Serials without sugar? â

Poolen ganska kall och begrÀnsade öppettider.
Vid incheckningen kl 23 pÄ kvÀllen fixk vi nycklarna till vÄr svit. NÀr vi kom in i rummet med vÄra barn, stod en man i duschen. Det hade blivit nÄgot fel....
Vi fick tvÄ separate rum istÀllet och dagen efter fick vi byta igen till en svit vi betalt för.
Vi erhöll ingen kompensation trots sÀmre rum och naken man i rummet.
Det Àr omöjligt att gÄ nÄgonstans, man mÄste Äka taxi/ uber om man vill lÀmna omrÄdet. "

"Fint hotell med hÀrligt poolomrÄde. Mycket grönska pÄ liten yta med stor variation i vÀxtligheten. Extra plus för den fina jacuzzin med vattenfallet i. Det fanns alltid lediga solstolar vid poolen men jag vet inte nÀr högsÀsongen Àr hÀr riktigt.
Rummet var helt okej. Det var rymligt och tyst (bortsett frÄn ACn dÀr gallret över utblÄset skramlade högt emellanÄt) med fin utsikt frÄn fönster. Vi var dock inte hÀr för att hÀnga pÄ rummet sÄ det gjorde inget.
Stor hÀrlig frukostbuffe med mycket att vÀlja mellan. Pico de gallo:n var jÀttebra! Fin utsikt över poolen dessutom.
Det som eventuellt kan störa vissa Àr trafikljud frÄn den stora vÀgen utanför. Det hörs in till poolen. SvÄrt att undvika i en storstad dock.
Ett förbÀttringsförslag Àr att rensa poolen frÄn skrÀp lite oftare. Det lÄg ofta blad/insekter och flöt runt samt att det var en del pÄ botten. I övrigt var allt toppen!"
