Choose Lagoon Breeeze - you wont be disappointed
Lagoon Breeze was one of two accomodations we booked for our 12 nights at Rarotonga (the other one was Palm Grove and to answer that question direct: LBV is the better alternative) and I must say that it was everything we hoped for. The bungalow was excellent with a perfect planning solution for a family with two or even three children. The beach at the hotel is not the best but walk 200 meters down the road to the left and you will find a marine reserve with a beautiful beach, lagoon and SUPERB snorkeling. The staff is not only helpful, they do everything with a smile on their face. This is truly a good accomodation and we can highly reccomend it. Some stuff that are good but could be better: 1. The tropical breakfast. At our other similar accomodation they also served egg and more variation of fresh fruit. 2. The pool could be cleaned a little more often to remove leaves, branches and other stuff.

Nice week
We stayed one week at Lagoon Breeze, nice place with a short walk to beach. Very helpful and sweet staff! They did everything for us, upgraded our room, gave us late check out time. The only down side is that it's not many restaurants near by. But if you have a bike or car that's no problem.

The staff and management did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, they are very helpful and friendly. They were fantastic on the last day - helping us out immensely. The garden villas are a bit dated but very comfortable and clean, the grounds are beautiful, great snorkeling across the road from the complex. Roosters took a bit of getting used to!

Love this place
All of the stuff are lovely, the grounds are well maintained, and all you need is provide it including free to use snorkeling gear and kayaks. It was also one of the most family friendly places we have stayed.

The only downside of staying at the Lagoon Breeze Villas was that our holiday was not long enough. Vicki and Nomi at reception were so helpful - anything you need around the island ask Vicki, she is an amazing concierge and provides excellent advice on anything to do with Raro. Our studio was very clean, private, and had everything we needed. The mama's and ladies working at the villas were very friendly and helpful. Vicki arranged for out transport from the airport to the villa's and return - a literally door to door service. They even made sure that our room was made up early and ready for us on arrival in Rarotonga at 7am, as she knew that we would have been very tired. Delicious (and super fresh) fruit for the continental breakfast. Definitely recommend, and we are already planning a trip back.

Our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas was an absolute delight from start to finish. The warm hospitality of the staff, especially Vikki, Naomi and the attentive Mamas, made us feel like part of their family. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of delicious exotic fruits. The spacious and comfortable villas with air conditioning provided a perfect retreat, and the location was ideal. We enjoyed the best snorkeling on the island, just a short 5-minute walk away, kayaking and the nearby rustic Shipwreck with tasty and fresh food, delightful pina coladas, live music and stunning sunsets. Our experience at Lagoon Breeze Villas was truly unforgettable, thanks to the fantastic accommodation, attentive staff, and the remarkable assistance provided by Vikki during a challenging situation. It's a paradise we'd love to return to.

Great place to stay. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Very comfortable and suitable for adults and children with plenty of room around villas. Enjoy the pool and cocktails. We had a late flight at 9,30pm and were able to stay till out flight left. You can’t go wrong here and have a great holiday

Hello, we love this great resort. It is spacious, quiet and super great embedded in nature. The staff, especially Naomi, Vikki, Jazzmen and everyone who takes care of cleanliness and well-being in the complex are super friendly. For us, two Germans with less English affinity, it was really great how we still felt understood. It was our right decision to choose this smaller facility. Our breakfast was rounded off with lots of delicious fruit, muesli, toast and jam and of course coffee and tea. This is how the day begins. The lagoon in front of the resort or jumping in the pool, a difficult decision every morning. If we, Regina and Peter, visit Rarotonga again, Lagoon Breeze Villas will be our home.

Stayed for three weeks, really enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, excellent suber diving seen turtles, manteray, octopus. Garden were immaculate, pool was lovely. Bed was so comfortable.

Great location at Aroa, bus stop right outside.we had a car, Handy to bars and restaurants. Beautiful grounds well maintained, great pool area, friendly staff. Nice size resort only 25 villas, breakfast included and 4.30 happy hour most days. Beach right across road. We had 2 bedroom villa with 2 baths. At the front.Great views, large covered deck area,will spend most of our time there. excellent amenities, kitchen if you want to self cater. Celling fans and aircon.will stay again.

Amazing and friendly staff àlways ready to help and answer any questions. Very comfortable villa with everything we needed. Would recommend! Beach was across the road and everything you could need for snorkelling etc was provided.

Great accommodation on the island
We had a studio apartment which was a little on the small side but fine for our needs. However the bigger villas were very spacious. It was very clean and a good location close to the beach. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. We didn’t have a car but it was an easy bus ride around the island. The only downside would be the lack of food other than breakfast. Would have liked an on-site shop or restaurant when we arrived hungry in the evening.

This small place is very family friendly and great value. Villas, are clean simple and spacious, especially relative to nearby resorts, which tho on the beach tend to be louder, more crowded and condensed. We enjoyed the spaciousness, simplicity, morning breakfasts, kayaks, children's toys, stroller that happened to be available for us to use, friendly staff, great pool and well kept grounds (all included free of extra charges).

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas-just a pity the weather wasn't more conducive to swimming in the lagoon each day. The property is excellently maintained-there are staff working in their areas most of the time. They are all welcoming, helpful and informative-if they can't assist immediately, they will get back to you. All this is done with a smile. I would not hesitate recommending this property. The only downfall (sadly) is the loud, barking and howling of the dogs in the property over the northern side fence, during the night.

Spacious sunny villas by the beach
Our stay there was amazing! Such a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Super close to the beach. We were originally recommended to stay on Muri beach but so glad we stayed here instead. I loved the village feel and how kids could be let free! So much space too. The pool and play area were both good size too. Would definitely recommend and stay again for sure!

We stayed for 5 nights at Lagoon Breeze Villas in a 2 story villa. Vikki and Naomi were absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate tours, car rental, dinner reservations, and were so kind to our children. This is a very family friendly resort- our children played with other families and had an absolute blast. There is great snorkeling equipment, sea kayaks and even reef shoes to borrow. There is laundry on site, with clothes lines behind the villas. The resort dog Coco, and three cats, as well as the chickens and roosters add island charm to the experience. The beach across the street has wonderful snorkeling, and is not busy. There is a covered bus stop across the street from the resort. The villas have all you need to cook any meal at home, including a beautiful covered front porch. I can't say enough about how much we loved this resort. We are trying to plan to come back and without question we would stay here again.

Our check out time is at 10am, we still allow guests to use the pool and facilities on the property and have a place to store bags until 6pm. If you have a late flight there is always the option of buying a late check out. Unfortunately we are a small accommodation so we don't offer 24 hour reception. There are lockers at the airport for such occasions. Thank you for notifying us about the snorkeling masks, we recently bought new ones so will check that they are still in working condition. Thank you

Amazing time out at Lagoon Breeze Villas.
Rarotonga is a great destination! I can't wait to return and I would stay at Lagoon Breeze again. Bit of a drive into town, but a local bus or hiring a car or a bike sorts that. Awesome staff! Great new villas, nice pools and lovely beach in front. Great breakfast choices in the outdoor area.

This property is across the road from a beautiful beach. The units have fridge & small countertop stove. The rain head shower great. The bed is comfortable & the staff are very accommodating. I would recommend a stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas!
