"Rousa little guesthouse Cosy Up" with breakfast included!

Rousa, a small, fine guesthouse in the middle of Oberrasen in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here an old, simple farmhouse meets original design.



The "cosy up" mini-apartment on the 2nd floor is a good 36 m² and comes with a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and safe. The kitchenette has a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing utensils, a filter coffee maker and Italian mocha.



In the bathroom, a shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap await.



One of the highlights here is certainly the gallery with chill zone and 2-3 additional sleeping places. The beautiful balcony invites you outdoors, and there is also a small inner courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge.



In the original parlour on the ground floor, enjoy a delicious breakfast every day. During the day or in the evening you can make use of the trust bar, be entertained by lots of books, card and board games. High-speed W-Lan is also available throughout the house.



Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning. Laundry service for a fee.



Pets not allowed.



Free parking in the immediate vicinity, for 5 euros per day one of the 2 parking spaces at the house can be reserved.



Our bonus: free travel by bus and train throughout South Tyrol, bus stop right next door. A small activity programme is also available.



A table seat is available free of charge for children, and a baby cot is also available for 5 euros per day. The playground is only 2min away.



In winter: Ski room with boot and glove dryer, free ski bus to Kronplatz, South Tyrol's No.1 ski mountain.



Especially worth seeing: Lake Antholz (14 km), Lake Braies (20 km), 3 Peaks (45 km).
