Allerdings sind wir doch sehr erstaunt, dass Ihre Bewertung mit nur 4 Punkten negativ ausfällt, zumal wir Ihnen preislich entgegenkamen und Sie bei der Abreise zufrieden schienen. Festzuhalten ist, dass Sie ein Nichtraucher-Studio auf möglichst hoher Etage reserviert hatten. Vielleicht der Ruhe wegen? Diesem Wunsch (obere Etage) konnten wir nicht nachkommen, da sich unsere Appartments zwischen dem EG und der 1. Etage befinden, andernfalls hätten wir uns über Ihre gebuchte Kategorie hinwegsetzen müssen. Andererseits waren Sie 3 Nächte bei uns, Sie hätten demnach spätestens nach der 1. Nacht mit uns kommunizieren und um ein anderes Zimmer bitten können (falls Sie abends niemanden antrafen, morgens ab 7 Uhr ist immer Personal zugegen).
