We couldnt fault one thing about our stay. We will definitely be visiting and staying here next year. Lovely staff, complimentary shuttle bus to the beach, great dining and walksble to shopping and lical restaurants. Quiet beach front was a bonus.

The hotel its self was good, the area around not so good, beach front was great, the staff very friendly, amazing food and drinks only draw back is the area aroundthis hotel not alot to do with out traveling some distance

The hotel is not connected buildings, so getting to the beach/breakfast/restaurant is a long uncovered downhill walk that is not for those with impaired mobility. The pools are not cleaned often. Our private side pool had dead birds & trash floating on separate occasions. The empty lot next door is just that, next to it was another large lot doing renovations & burning trash fires for 5 of the 10 nights we stayed. The smell was awful. Restaurant was nice, but everything is outdoors & anything after 6pm & the mozzies dine on you while you dine. A bit overpriced as well compared to local places or what you can order via Grab delivery.

While the staff was accommodating to help us change our rooms to be next to one another & very friendly in all of our interactions. The hotel cons outweigh the pros. The resort is not all connected as it may seem from the photos. It is multiple separate buildings that all go downhill towards the beach from the main road. This walk is not covered, nor will taxi services meet you halfway for a pickup. As someone who has mobility issues, just staying in the middle building was a daily task of walking downhill for breakfast & uphill to catch a taxi in 34C heat that added unneeded stress to what what supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Breakfast was meager & mostly steamed meals that would classify as middle school lunch quality with 20 signs around the dining room about the fines you would receive if you left with food (believe me... there was NOTHING worth stealing). All in all some more funding into the property, pools, maybe a covered walkway for guests in the future would vastly improve the experience. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great either...

The hotel staff could not be more helpful everybody from the reception staff to the cleaners and the security guard - who will ship the traffic on the main road to allow you to exit the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything that you need for your stay. The beach is not suitable for swimming but lovely to sit and enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Will definitely return thank you for an amazing holiday

This review is specially for Tang and Tangmo, the young ladies from the restaurant at the hotel! They made my trip to Thailand memorable. I decided to come for my birthday and they were so sweet! Service was 10/10 but they made it personal when both of them decided to come to my hotel door to give me a birthday cake and sing happy birthday! I will never forget them for being so friendly to me and my girlfriend! Also, the men at the restaurant are so respectful and sweet! I will never forget my time shared with the people at this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Run don’t walk away. Cockroaches in room, terrible service at beach bar (drinks were weak if they had any alcohol, food was terrible, service was terrible). Breakfast staff were nice. The listing of amenities supposed to be in room weren’t there and didn’t get delivered after asking several times (towels, wash clothes etc.). The hotel is called beachfront but they don’t have a beach! I’ll post a pic if I can of the mud that was “the beach” and they tell you on check in no swimming. Pool was small, water freezing (no sun) no pool chairs etc. there was a hideous trench outside my room that was an eye sore, roosters crowing all hours of day/night. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. Location is terrible, you cannot walk to hardly anything. Would have had a much better experience in a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff were rude and unaccommodating and unapologetic.

- Strand existiert nicht, kein Wasser und daher nicht zum sonnenbaden oder schwimmen geeignet - Pool sieht schön aus, wurde aber nie gereinigt - Hotel liegt direkt an sehr stark befahrener Hauptstrasse - Zimmerreinigung unterdurchschnittlich schlecht, Bad wurde in 11 Tagen nicht gereinigt! guter bewachter Parkplatz

We were here for Christmas time. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were all welcoming, kind and helpful. Dined at the restaurant a few times and was very impressed with the service quality. Easy parking and goid security. Highly recommend The Beachfront Hotel, Phuket.

Everything was great but hotel very isolated, too dangerous to walk anywhere and taxis/grab very expensive! $30-40 aud return to the town/beach if you don’t get the hotel shuttle (goes once a day, dep 10am returns 2pm… not very convenient). Other than that hotel was great. Would return if had my own transport :)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, les chambres sont grande et très confortable. Le personnel est gentil et toujours souriant. Le seul bémol et l’emplacement de l’hôtel directement sur une grande route sans trottoir plutôt bruyante, bien que depuis la chambre le bruit était plutôt discret à l’exception de quelques véhicules très bruyants. Cette route n’invite pas non plus à la balade…

Great staff! The beach is non existent so do not believe the pictures. The pool is cool if you have the pool access room. Breakfast is mediocre. But I did like the hotel I would give it a 7.9/10.

The staff was a amazing. The beach was terrible and not outlined on the hotel description. We had to cab everywhere since it wasn't walkable, but cabs are cheap when you book them on BOLT. The app is very foreigner freindly!

Without a doubt the best about the hotel is the staff, they’re wonderful and friendly Rooms are very nice and step to the pool access was a bonus. It’s great value for money. The hotel has a small private beach, there’s a daily shuttle to Nai Harn though (amazing beach) and to Rawai beach which is a must visit for the seafood market (you buy the fish fresh and walk into a restaurant so they cook it for you). There isn’t much right by the hotel though, we took taxis (booked with Bolt app) and went everywhere and despite being on a main road, it’s very quiet. On and all, we have an excellent stay and loved our week there
