“I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn since I was a child in the 70's (in Bethesda in Maryland). Nearly 50 years later I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Halifax Airport mainly because of my late arrival at the airport and it was really nice.
I stayed in a suite on the third floor and it was spacious, quiet and very clean.
The staff in general at the hotel were all very pleasent and helpful.
Some of the furniture in the room seemed to be from the 70's and the wooden knives and forks in the breakfast...

“This property was used as a back up stay...1st place we booked turned out to be in a bad area...and could not find any parking anywhere around it. Comfort inn had a good selection for breakfast, had a fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. Felt safe here. ”

“Great night’s stay with the kids. Room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good with lots of choice and the pool’s waterslide was a hit (pool was also warm, which was a hit).”

I stayed in a suite on the third floor and it was spacious, quiet and very clean.

Some of the furniture in the room seemed to be from the 70's and the wooden knives and forks in the breakfast room gave the breakfast experience a somewhat cheap aftertaste. However, the food was good and if you arent too concerned with such minor negatives I would definitely recommend this hotel.
