“The pool was horrible, the lady at the front desk had put us in the wrong room, had the credit card info messed up, took about an hr to get checked in even tho the room had been booked online ahead of time, it took over a month to get the deposit back only after calling the hotel several times inquiring about it and my mother never did receive her deposit and it has been almost three months ago.”

“There’s nothing like having breakfast while the tv is playing a channel stating how bad the nationality of your family is. I cannot understand why the management allows this kind of propaganda to be played in the breakfast room. It’s very offensive and enough to land this hotel on my never return list.
