Ett trevligt ställe nära piren. Nära till att ta sig till ”stan” där det finns flera matställen. Ingen lån promenad till fina stränder heller. Rummen är inte jätte stora men duger gott och väl. Ingen tendens till mögel/unken lukt, AC finns på rummet som verkar vara av nyare model. Frukost helt okej. Bokade 3 dagar till en början men utökade med 5 dagar ytterligare.

Great place to stay with amazing view
We had a great two week stay at Sunrise Villas! Amazing view and a room with good standard. Fresh sheets and cleaning everyday, free drinking water and nice staff. There were some issues here and (ants in bathroom, loud dogs outside sometimes at night etc) but that's to be expected. Not a deal breaker for us!

Hotel short walk from Nadan Pier
I mainly choose this Hotel since it was very near Nadan Pier and I was only having a over night stop on my way from Koh Chang to Jomtien. The Hotel has a nice view of the sea and Pier and you can see the mainland at a distance. When you go to sleep you hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore, which is nice. If you want to go to White Sand Beach it’s a 15 min walk down the main road.

Une vue exceptionnelle mais..
Odeur d’égout insoutenable, rochers en bas des plages couverts de détritus et plastiques divers. Personnel pas ou peu souriant. Hôtel pour aventuriers sans le sous.Bruits de moteurs de bateaux tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin du à la proximité immédiate avec le Pier. Cependant proche de toutes commodités et commerces divers.

スコータイとチェンマイ観光を予定していたのですが、天気予報で確認すると全て雨の予報だったので比較的雨の少ないといわれているサメット島に行きました。 サメット島は数年ぶりに来ましたが道路が綺麗になっていて驚きました。 以前のようなデコボコ道はほとんど無くなり、主要な道は全てといってもいいほど綺麗になっていました普段バイクをあまり乗らない人でも容易く乗ることができそうです。 このホテルを選んで良かったです。 初日に朝食を用意してくださった女性はとても親切で部屋まで食事を持ってきてくれました。 とても美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 サメット島に行ったら、また宿泊させていただきます。

レセプションの直ぐ隣の部屋でしが静かで快適でした 景色がすばらしいです 毎日、バスタオル、コーヒー、紅茶、水を持ってきてくれたのでたすかりました レセプションの若い女性は、愛想はないですが、キチンとやるべきことはやってくれます サメット島にきたら、また泊まりホテルです

This property is very near the main pier. But don't let that discourage you! The mornings and evening are so peaceful with the sounds of the waves.

Great Stay!
Had a lovely long weekend. Rooms are clean, have a great aircon + strong Wifi and have nice little patios. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful room overlooking the water. It is next to the pier that meant there is honking from boats, but not the hotels fault. The only thing I did not enjoy was the pillows. Everything else was perfect!

씨뷰 빼고는 딱히 추천하기 힘듭니다
뷰는 좋습니다. 테라스도 있고 해먹도 있어서 분위기는 나름 괜찮습니다만...그 외에는 추천할만 하지는 않습니다 건물은 오래된 편이고 방은 딱 화장실 딸려있는 원룸이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 그리고 저는 독채인 줄 알았는데 방 2개가 붙어서 한 집의 형태를 이루고 있어서 저희는 옆방이 비어 눈치 없이 썼지만 옆방에 숙박객이 있으면 소음문제라든지 생활 시 꽤 눈치가 보일 것 같습니다. 저희는 첫 날 늦게 체크인 하고 접수원이 퇴근한 상태에서 샤워실 수압이 졸...졸...흐르는 것을 발견ㅠㅠ 씻는 것이 불편했고 너무 스트레스였는데 다행히 다음 날 고쳐주긴 했습니다만 그런 일도 있었고 또 최악인게 큰 수건 2장만 주는데 더 이상 수건 지급은 불가하다고 딱 잘라 끊더라고요ㅠ 또...아! 개미 있습니다ㅠ 도마뱀도 있고요ㅠ 씨뷰를 그 가격에 볼 수 있다는 것과 위치가 편의시설 밀집지역과 멀지 않다는 점은 좋은 점이지만 저는 이번 기회에 이런 휴양지에서 너무 가격을 낮춰 잡는 것이 능사는 아니구나-를 깨달았습니다

Great stay at the Sunrise Villas. The staff was friendly and the location is great. Walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. I recommend the Sunrise Villas.

Paradise
Tim and the staff at Sunrise Villas were amazing. They make you feel incredibly relaxed which is just what you want when steps from the beach (literally just a few steps). First time I tried a full English breakfast and was very very pleased too!

Rooms location were excellent with ocean view. But rooms were very small comparing to their actually photos. Some amenities listed on their Website were no longer available. Overall stay was Good.

Relaxing and comfortable stay
Clean,tidy and accommodating, Tim and his staff made my wife and I feel very welcome. Great views,relaxing and easy walking to the main shops and beach. The food at their restaurant was good quality too. Would definitely stay there again when next visiting Koi Samed.

My second visit here and once again lived up to expectations! Great view, clean villa, really good shower and very quiet. Good WiFi. Nice welcome. Water delivered every day to the villa. On arrival shampoo and shower wash.....nice touch! There was also a wardrobe with drawers. I was in villa 2 and the bed was so squeaky that when my husband turned over it woke me up. Thai tv even although we changed it to English was still in Thai. A lid for the toilet bin would be progress. Room cleans are by a request card and I was disappointed to find that the drinking glasses were not included in the room clean!

Quaint hotel, great price and location
Awesome little place, with friendly staff and great restaurant. It could do with a touch up, and a bit of clutter sort in the resort itself, but room was excellent. Duvet a little thick/hot. But good air-con. Located next to docking pier, and at one end of main strip. The Ritz it ain't, but great little hotel. And beautiful views overseeing rocky coast.

Great spot. Super convenient to ferry dock. Like 4 min walk and maybe 15 min walk to main swimming beach. Restaurant on property is great. Serves delicious inexpensive meals. Highly recommend Sunrise Villas

Location is convienant Literally only minutes from ferry dock. Nice view of bay Food is very good as well. Less than 15min walk to the main Swimming beach

friendly and accommodating staff, clean room with great view, and convenient location. Their restaurant serves tasty food and very reasonable priced. Overall, great value for $ and I'll stay there again if I ever return.
