“They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest.”

“This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!”

“The room was clean and adequate for a very short stay. The hotel reminded me of an old holiday Inn that was renovated. Value for the price about 6 out of 10.”

“Did not honor any request on our reservation, wanted an interior entrance and they say none were available, parking lot was less than half full the whole night, probably not opening interior rooms so it should not be listed on their website. Also room smelled of smoke, supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Attendant when checked in was on his phone the whole time, not helpful for any requests on our reservation.”

“The room was very clean. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast had lots of options.”

“Great location, clean room, and decent shower. The bes was comfortable and even the pillows were nice. The room was a bit loud being next to some sort of hotel system I couldn't figure out, but it was good overall. The breakfast was mediocre, about what you expect foe hotel breakfast. Even so, I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.”

“This is a great place to stay. I was traveling with two young adult kids and my teenagers. We were able to get a spacious suite at a reasonable price. Dinner snacks and breakfast was included, which was a nice perk! We were all impressed by the staff and the accommodations.”

“This hotel is under construction and it smells and is musty. It is very old and dated with worn carpet, etc. Beds are not very comfortable. Definitely don't stay until the construction is over and it is updated.”

“A wonderful place to feel at home away from home. Excellent hot breakfast with fruit salad and friendly conversation. A beautifully renovated large old country home in the middle of a rural village. Definitely will be back.”
