Dear John We are very sorry to hear that you did not like our services. We are four star guest house and provide best services according to our facilities. Your room was including cold buffet breakfast which includes cereals, tea coffee, toast, fruits, juice, energy cereal bars. We always ask our guests if they would like to have cooked full English breakfast as well at extra cost but you choose not to have cooked breakfast. You had paid for a Family en-suite room £89.00 for two adults and two children and if you think its expensive, we wish you good luck for your future travellings. Regards

Dear Peter Thank you very much for appreciating our staff, location, and our parking facilities. I am a bit surprised as well as you have mentioned in your feedback about breakfast very basic. Our breakfast includes three types of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits like oranges, and bananas, then you could have orange juice and porridge with milk or with hot water than tea coffee and toast. We clearly advertise that we serve full English and cold Buffett breakfast during the week and over the weekend its only cold buffet and in future, if you visit us please let us know we will arrange full English breakfast for you as well. thank you for the feedback, however by staying anonymous you are not helping us to improve on any of these issues, all rooms have been fitted with new shower doors and therefore not sure why it would not close, while we do our best to dust the rooms properly, however, due to summer months and windows remain open most of the time, its possible for dust to accumulate on table tops, we apologise for this inconvenience, finally not sure what you mean by no air in the room? none the less appreciate your feedback, however, it would have been more helpful to know which room you stayed in so we could address the issue immediately.

Regarding your reservation you had booked a Twin en-suite room with two single beds we had given you a Family en-suite room with one double and one single bed without any extra charges. As we are just a bed and breakfast but provide exceptional services.

Dear Mr Anindya, thank you for the feedback, appreciate your comments, however would have been better to voice your disappointment at the time of stay too, not sure why you feel the need to say there was nothing good in our establishment, while at the time of late check in, at the time of breakfast, at the time of booking your taxi and at the time of you leaving, everything appear to be good especially when someone says thank you it was good, then you see why i am bit surprised to receive such negative feedback. Anyway, appreciate your feedback greatly we will continue to do our best and we also wish you the best. Below are my responses to the points raised in your feedback, Room was too small: its a 20 meter square room, Beds were not big enough: it was a twin room you booked, which means you will have 2 single beds in the room, standard single bed is 3 foot wide and that's what we have in the room. Could not find charging points in the room: there are 4 twin sockets in the room: 1 Twin socket under the wall hanging TV in every room is for that charging purposes, and its also in the room you stayed.
