“The room was disgusting. It smelled like mold. The bathroom ceiling fan was full of black mold. The shower had someone else’s dirty wash clothes hanging on the curtain rod. The door handles (especially the main door into the room) were so fingerprinted and filmy. I never would have thought in an area as popular as it is with tourists it would be that dirty!!!! Never again.”
“The staff was extremely helpful in any situation even though there was no situation to deal with plus they keep the hotel smoke free inside they have a smoking station out front with a overhead roof plus shopping center is next door walking distance with a Walmart, aldi, smoke shop, military memorial park across route 100 with a water park, skateboard park, basketball and baseball court and field, free wifi with good connection”
“I arrived with a reservation, was told by staff that there were no housekeepers and therefore no clean rooms. I was also told that the charge would be cancelled. As yet, I have seen no evidence of that”
