“The process around the breakfast was horrible. There was a 25 min line to get brekafast. There was place in the restaurant and there was plenty of food, the way they set it up was just a disaster. And the check-out staff was very undfriendly”

“We stayed there only one night and we loved the surroundings with the National Palace and the beautiful garden. The restaurant, which was only 50m across the street, was both unique and very picturesque. Due to a misunderstanding (on the part of the hotel) the restaurant was not available to us as they had a larger group. But since we had booked the room including half board ie. dinner - they arranged for us to eat completely alone (5 people) in the restaurant and with VIP service. The food...

“Said apartment was on second floor but many flights of steps to the 'block', then a spiral staircase. Being nearly 80 and with a hospital appointment, very difficult. As near hospital with heart & cancer specialisms, this should be made clear.”
