âCheckin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative.
The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however.
Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.â
âEverything was great and the staff member at check in was very accommodating when I asked for a ground level room due to an injury. I was a little nervous about there being a fence with barbed wire on the top because it gave me the feeling of an unsafe area.â
