âLarge, well equipped room. Only complaint was the dog smell in the hallways. Luckily, our room still smelled new. Could they restrict the dogs to a specific area? They were all over the place.â
âA great stay that put us near family and the Rehoboth boardwalk. So high marks for location, cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and the included breakfast each morning was a good value. â
âBooked a stay for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so helpful, the hotel is recently updated and beautiful. It offers many amenenites such as free beach chairs and umbrella for each day of your stay, delicious free buffet breakfast, onsite parking...although there is an extra charge for that. â
âSuper clean, spacious room, comfortable and freshly renovated. Staff were terrific. The outdoor pool was clean and great for the kids. Breakfast was very good.
Use the stairs when you can, the hotel needs a second elevator.

In traffic, the hotel is close to 30 min from the Rehobeth boardwalk.
The Acme is a short walk from the hotel and has a Starbucks.
The hotel is set back from the strip and is quiet, but it is on a major road.â

âLoved every moment the breakfast was great. Staff was amazing and the rooms are nice and clean. Will definitely make this my go to stay every trip to Delaware.â
âOverall really liked the property! Great staff, kind, courteous, amenable to needs of guest! Like the convenience of pool & gym & free garage parking on property and that you can park on the level that your room is on. Beds were comfortable although lower to the floor. Room & bathrooms were clean! Only down side but not under property's control is people walking down the street at 2-3:00 am being loud, screaming or laughing that startled me awake several times. Maybe not so bad on higher floors....
âEasy, comfortable and good one-night stay, Love that floors have no rugs, which hold much dirt and allergens. Services was great. Would stay there again as it is close to the beaches. â
