“It would have been nice to have the room warmed up when we arrived. The radiant heat took quite some time to warm up the room. The view was fabulous! We loved staying there on the mountain!”

“The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

“Very tired facility ,problems on walls, in shower, smoke smell on every stairwell, noisy fan in bathroom perhaps ever , chemically bad smell in room , ”

“Stayed here for a night or two three years ago. It was then a Super 8. Today it’s called Royal Inn and it has gotten very run down and dirty. It looked like they were renovating some of the rooms. I would not stay here again. ”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“Everything went well I checked out in time. The only problem was the next day. They sent me a email telling me. I should’ve checked out on time. Which I did, I left early before checkout. They said my dog was barking, but my dog was in my truck with me the whole time I called hotel they said they didn’t leave any voice messages or text messages.”

“The room was dated but clean. The hallways were a little dirty but I care less about that than the room. The first staff was great. The late night staff was so so. The price was really fair.”

“Bra hotell för skidåkning på många orter i närheten. En skidbuss utanför hotellet direkt till Alta och Snowbird, mycket bra på helgen så man slipper bekymret med parkering. Bra pool och varm bubbel pool. Bra frukost. Man bör dock ha bil för att ta sig runt i SLC. Tyvärr hade vi dåligt med pudersnö när vi var där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.”

“The breakfast options were wonderful! The room was very roomy, comfortable and nicely appointed. It was nice to see the traveling pets! The staff was efficient and welcoming. The proximity to the Mountain Expo Center, shopping and restaurants was perfect for my needs.”
