âFriendly front desk staff. Airport transportation (on demand - call hotel) was fast and efficient. Clean quiet room. Very comfortable bed with crisp clean bed linens. Microwave and fridge and small coffee maker provided. Daily breakfast until 9:00am.

âVery friendly and accommodating. Helped me with my luggage etc. I had some difficulty adjusting room temperature and room had a smell as if from bug spray or cleaning materials. However it seemed very clean. â
âA two day trip to Detroit and the convention center.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment and updates.
Staff felt indifferent but did their job effectively.
The proximity to the convention center make this hotel optimal. Breakfast places are legio. â
âWell, we checked in the early afternoon. Did not take long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was great but I did expect a Jacuzzi for a suite. Food court was great. Good pizza. We walked around a few blocks,( to Mom's Spaghetti) from the hotel it was kind scary the first couple of blocks. There was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk with trash around. There was another man asking for money at the Walk light. ( We live in the country and my mind was blown)) once we crossed it...

âVery quiet and picturesque area. The property was well maintained and updated. Very comfortable bed and linens. My only issue was during check in the staff member looked annoyed I was there and continued their phone call while I was providing ID etc. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition with coffee, tea and juice but the cereal milk was souring unfortunately. I would recommend this stay to anyone passing through the area, it was a refuge on the road.â
âOnly complaint - we had 7 in our party & needed 3 rooms (so unless we lied about the number in our party) however, we couldnât book on line with the branded website. As we had to book through a third party so we didnât get rewards! â
