I think the customer service could have been better, they were ok! Didnt feel too welcome from the staff in the front desk!

âLoved the location, right next to people mover- parking was not easy- they recommend a nearby lot but can be over crowded , no local walkable breakfast but I believe they were in process of opening one next door. There was usually a friendly staff member near front door. Great view of city ! Kitchenette was a bonus but they may wish to buy some newer pots/ pans as they were pretty beat up. âOK hotel for the price. Bit run down but clean. We booked a non smoking room which unfortunately was just an ordinary room with a non-smoking sign on the door. The burn marks and smell was evidence enough. Ear plugs are recommended, especially if you get a room close to the laundry which could be, and was, used around the clock. âLove the friendliness of the staff. Especially love the courtyard and the all around vibes of the hotel and rooms. Nice to feel like you arenât dead center of Detroit but still an easy walk from the stadiums and all the sweet bars! This was our second time staying here and we will 100% be staying again! â
