“Loved the resort! Room was clean. Bathroom has a separate tub/shower and closet toilet. Plenty of food and drinks. Lots of chairs by the beach and pool. Each restaurant I tried waw really good. Nice mix of quiet time and activities. There's hot tubs outside and one inside the spa. The spa also had a cold plunge. The spa massages are on the expensive side, but the massage was really nice.”

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“The resort was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and exceedingly accommodating. The entertainment staff receives an A+++, specifically noting Martin & Jamayo. The food options were phenomenal and we really enjoyed the daily ice cream. We booked this as a group trip for my husband’s 40th birthday and it’s certainly a trip we will never forget! We will be back for sure! ”

“We just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! "Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."
