“There was loud music coming from the adjacent room or the restaurant downstairs very late in to the night.”

“Very nice and very clean hotel plus a very friendly staff. Complementary breakfast has several choices with different choices daily. My only surprise was there are no coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. However the staff did deliver a coffee maker after I questioned it. Both microwave and coffee maker I feel should be part of the amenities.”

Parking is a problem, the hotel’s lot fills up quickly and the shopping center is crowded. Only problem was that my air conditioner (room 252) didn’t work correctly — but I didn’t notice it until late. I’ve stayed here twice now and I would do so again. ”

“The guest here are very questionable individuals. Our room didn’t have any towels, the tv didn’t work and it doesn’t have breakfast like it claims to. ”

“The room was filthy, I went to wipe spilt water and the towel turned black, no working fridge and water would not drain from tub. My husband left his new brown Columbia jacket in the room and they won't return it. This is a $200 coat. Gave us the wrong wifi password and the clerk was cold and unfriendly.”

“Nice property in a safe area. There are several restaurants close by. The complimentary breakfast was basic. There could definitely have been more variety. Fairfield could you put a bench of some type in the shower please. The staff was very friendly. ”

“Clean great staff pool area was very well capped. It was across the street from the event center where we were going to an event. The only downside was the restaurant inside the hotel is a bit chaotic. They have three different menus and it seems like they have three different restaurants in one location, which is very odd to me. We skipped eating there and went elsewhere other than that our stay was great.”
