“The hotel forgot to give me a receipt at checkout, and despite several attempts to contact them by email and through Hotels.com, I never received any response. I still need the receipt for my employer, and the lack of communication has made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. This unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience.”

“Horrendous. Disgusting rooms. Smelled like cigarettes and every blanket/ sheet had burn holes. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast is coffee and bags of Doritos. Didn’t have super high expectations but my god I would avoid this place next time.”

“Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend.”

“The room was not clean. The chair in the room was filthy. The pillows had no pillow cases. The bedding was not clean. we had to use our own pillows and we could only stay one of the 3 nights we paid for. Breakfast was not terrible but minimial. The people were nice enough but would never stay there again.”

“The room was clean and they did give us new towels even on days they didn't do full cleaning services, which I appreciate. We were given a handicap room and the shower was a little run down and off color. No conditioner or lotion bottles, only a bar soap, with no holder for the soap, and a shampoo bottle. The breakfast was very basic, there were waffles, so if you're looking for that, they have it. No protein options though. We ended up going to Waffle House which was very close by. They do have...
