âVery interesting building. Nice job of renovating. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour of the house and a brief history. Very nice accommodations. Breakfast was adequate, but not a highlight of the stay.â
âThis hotel is perfect for people who are getting an early flight. It's really close to the airport, it is cheap and convenient. The hotel is a bit run down, but our room almost reeked of cleansing agents so you can at least be sure it's clean! The rooms are big, the bed was nice. The breakfast is not very good, but you will find something to eat before your flight leaves. Otherwise there is a McDonald's right next to the hotel that serves all day breakfast, starting like 5am. âWOW!! I LOVED this property!! The history is so fascinating and everything inside fits with the charm of the building. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was a gym right in the building. We stayed there to attend a concert, which was just a walk down the street. Everything was so clean, safe, close to shopping and restaurants, and literally perfect. We will definitely be back!â

âThe person at the front desk was efficient and courteous. I felt welcome. Similarly the person who checked me out was super friendly and said thank you đ Not a fancy place, but it is a great stay at a great price.â

âThe Delavan was amazing! We stayed in the Harriett Suite my wife and I agree its one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was beautiful, deep tub, rainfall showerhead and his/hers vanity. The facilities were well kept gym included.
