âOne of the best rooms Iâve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenât rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.â
âThe location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay. â

âEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnât work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iâd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. â
âI specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious.â
âWe had a great short stay at this hotel in Knoxville. All the staff, from the front desk to the valets, were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean. â
âLoved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)

âOur stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, weâd definitely stay again!â
