“Everything about this hotel was what we were looking for! Clean rooms, pleasant staff and a continental breakfast that had an array of choices. A great place to stay while visiting family!”

“The location is perfect so many neighboring restaurants and stores is in the area close proximity to the beach staff very welcoming. I’m looking forward to planning my next staycation there.”

“Pro: good location. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was completely closed for some upcoming event. I wish we had known that. Housekeeping every day Free parking Wifi worked well Decent price Double jet tub was nice Con: the A/C sounds like a freight train and when the wind was blowing, it sounded like a freight train with the hounds of Baskerville onboard. Front office reeked of cigarette smoke.”

“My bathroom door fell off the track onto the floor. They gave me a second room that was already occupied. The 3rd room was a handicap room with two full size beds. Lastly when I booked the room it stated it had an oceanfront view, only thing I saw was the highway.”

“Room was booked months in advance when I arrive to check in the wait time took forever and when I finally got to the room, I opened it and it had not even been clean from the last day then the representative said they were going to see if someone can clean it, which they said no one could, and then called the manager, who said they were all sold out, and there were no other rooms available at their other hotel either. I had to clean my entire room, stripped the bed wash the shower floors, sinks...

“When you walk into the lobby we felt we’d walked into a bar with loud music blaring. The staff needs a little more training as we were told housekeeping comes daily. No there is a refresh not full cleaning. When booking there was no mention of a daily $50.00 fee to be charged for incidentals, like valet parking which makes sense. Usually a cc is taken.”

“Beautiful view and a great room for the most affordable price close to the ocean. Water pressure was also great. My only complain is the internet, it was not good. Everything else was beyond my expectations and I would come back”

“The staff at this property was Exceptio al. They were all helpful and kind with smiles that lit up their face and were genuine . When there was an issue with a buzzing compresser they upgraded our room immediately ! That factor alone made them a cut above the rest of the hotels along the VB Oceanfront where we have stayed in the past. Best Comfy Beds !! small pool”

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”
