“Everything was handled virtually and with total ease. The access codes worked, the room was immaculate, and engagement with stuff was professional and courteous, from start to finish.”

“The place looks better in photos but the reality was not very clean, and what I didn't like was that it was a non-smoking area and some people were smoking a few feet from my room and it was 1am and they had very loud music.”

“The Days Inn in Albuquerque was the worst place my husband and I have ever stayed in. In fact I wish we had never walked in. I only did because I had already paid for my stay. Everywhere I looked while checking in was dirty (floors, walls and countertops). The area by the front desk was very small. The area for the so called breakfast was a couple small tables. No breakfast was served in the morning so I can't rate the food. The front desk person wasn't there so I wasn't able to talk to anyone....

“AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY. We walked back from dinner to see a stranger looking at us from the balcony before ducking right back into our room. The front desk clerk tried to lie and claim it was a "mix-up," but we overheard them warning the guy in Spanish: "oh, they saw you, come back down, did you get anything?" The thief stole one bag but panicked and fled, leaving his hoodie and beer on our bed. We called 911 and the police had to escort us to our car so we could safely flee. The staff is...

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“Great room - when TV didn’t work, the staff person moved us quickly next door to the same type room. The breakfast was the least I have experienced in my 11 years of frequent travels. Yipes- glad we brought biscuits from Cracker Barrel.”
