“I really wanted to love this hotel. The property is gorgeous, the rooftop views are breathtaking, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price or the expectations set by the listing. Several of the hotel’s signature amenities, including the restaurants and karaoke rooms, were closed throughout our stay, yet we were still charged a $12/night amenity fee. “The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!”

“I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”
