2 våningar fullt möblerade hus med 4 sovrum, 2 badrum - lugnt gata läge är centralt för apotek och livsmedelsbutiker samt gångavstånd till centrala 2nd Street Lewes. Bara några minuter till områdets stränder och ca 6 miles till Rehoboth Beach.
Beach house har en matsal, vardagsrum, kök w / tvättmaskin och torktumlare, veranda, bakdäck och inhägnad bakgård med shed. Platsen är också perfekt för sjuksköterskor eftersom detta hem ligger inom gångavstånd till Beebe Healthcare. Detta hem har också en uppfart samt gatuparkering.
Har wi-fi, kabel och fast telefon. Verktyg ingår i vistelsen. Städning på begäran.

Great stay in Lewes!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The house was well-stocked, organized, and charming. The layout was perfect for a stay with a grandparent and a pre-schooler, and the yard was a real bonus. We loved walking to The Station on King and the market, and the beach and restaurants were a quick ride away.

Easter weekend with family

It was a great stay! We all loved the salt shack. The beds were comfy and clean. The location was perfect. It’s very walkable to everything in town. The hosts communicated very well and the detail of the property was just right. I would definitely stay again!

Cozy home in Lewes

The property was cozy and comfortable. There are several spaces to enjoy. The front porch, the deck and the salt shack provide plenty of room for family to spread out. Due to illness, several of our family members weren’t able to come with us so there were only two of us and our dog on this trip. We didn’t get to share all the house had to offer. The neighborhood was peaceful and we could easily walk into town. I would highly recommend this home.

This property is a very quaint beach cottage. It has character, is nicely decorated & well stocked. The kitchen is small, but meets all needs for a vacation stay. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shops, quick drive to cape henlopen & nearby beaches. Strongly recommend. Even neighbors are friendly & helpful.owner friendly & easy to work with.

Great house. Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and our adult daughter with our 2 dogs had a great time. The fenced in yard is perfect for the dogs to play. Then the Salt Shack was a great spot to cool off from the heat with a drink and the 75 inch tv. Can’t think of anything that the owner/ property manager didn’t furnish or offer. We will definitely keep this house on our preferred list!👍👍👍👍

Wonderful property!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property which is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to shops, parks, and bike trails. The house was very clean and everything was nicely stocked and in good working order. A+!

Perfect location!

My husband and I and our puppies thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was the perfect balance of quiet, but short walk to everything and all of the bike trails. We will love to be back and explore even more.

Cozy House

This property was great for my family over the Christmas holiday. We were in town visiting other family and so we mostly slept here and spent our days at their place. The house is very cozy and well kept. The backyard space is great for kids and the dog.

Family Gathering

The house met all our needs. It was comfortable and close to other family we were meeting with. The neighborhood was quiet. The big hit was the Salt Shack. It is simply beautiful! We spent every evening there watching tv on the 75” tv. Don’t hesitate to stay there. You won’t be disappointed!!

Charming cottage

Home was clean and comfortable with a beach theme theme throughout. Second floor bedrooms each had their own AC unit and were very comfortable. Our kids stayed downstairs and their bedrooms were a bit warm for sleeping (could have been helped if they slept with doors open as the rest of downstairs was nicely cooled). The fenced in yard was very nice, and the newly constructed salt shack was a great place to eat al fresco, then head into the AC for a movie night. The beach is walkable, but we chose to drive as it is a bit far to cart chairs, etc. The historic downtown is an easy walk, and there is also a park with pond nearby. Note - there is no longer a screened outdoor space - bring bug spray if you enjoy eating outdoors! Our family of four and dog had a great stay!

Adorable Beach Cottage

Property was very sweet, a real beach cottage vibe. Had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the screened porch and the easy walk or bike ride to center of town and beach. The pretty plantings in front of house added to our enjoyment. We cooked a lot and kitchen was well stocked w items. There are no condiments though but we bought what we needed. Only thing I would change is window air conditioners which are loud and blow directly on beds and dining table. Our weather was pretty nice so for most part we had windows open and enjoyed ceiling fans. I would definitely go back.

We didn’t want to leave…….

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our week was…..This charming home offered us a wonderful week. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee, beautiful street for walks (with Lloyd’s market around the corner!!!- cutest market ever!), perfect sized home for group of seven, great yard for your dogs and so on…..We will definitely be back. Lewes is an exceptional place. Cannot wait to return! Kathy D.

Charming "vintage" house in historic Lewes

This 1920s-era house has a wonderful front porch to sit and drink coffee (and other beverages). It was everyone's favorite place to gather. The excellent family-owned Lloyd's Market is a short stroll away (get the rotisserie chicken and local produce) and so is the downtown area. Another plus is you're very close to Lewes' terrific bike trails and the must-visit Saturday farmers market. While this is a dollhouse, it's comfortable, very clean, well-maintained, and has a great and larger-than-expected fenced-in backyard for a dog. The staircase to the second floor and the deep, first-floor bathtub might be a little tricky for seniors. It doesn't have central air, but the wall units, as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms, kept the rooms cool. I'd rent again.
