OVERVIEW: An adorable two-bedroom condo will provide you and your group with many happy vacation memories! You'll love movie nights with friends via the spacious living room's flatscreen TV, and the entire kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage you'll need to prepare fun snacks for the gang. Serve dinner guests at the dining table for four, or take your meals to the patio. You'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with its flatscreen TV and the primary room with an en suite bath. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to keep everyone looking their best, and remote workers and students can capitalize on the high-speed Wi-Fi to complete their online projects. Submit your task, then reward your hard work with a visit to the shared pool. Don't forget to let the central AC keep everything nice and relaxed during your stay.
LOCATION: Located on the east side of Route 1, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, and just minutes to downtown Lewes or Rehoboth Beach.
PARKING: Plenty of parking- not assigned.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, community pool, well-appointed kitchen, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW:The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. his condo rents from Saturday-Saturday, and a four-night minimum is required during the off-season/shoulder season. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. This condo is located on the third floor with no elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. clean and easy access to a lot of things

We needed a quick getaway with friends and it was just what we needed. The outside balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The pool was nice to take a dip after the beach.

Nice place close to outlets, not far from beaches

Well stocked, cozy place to stay. Nice beach decor, quiet, and comfortable. Pretty fully stocked kitchen, even including a variety of spices, many cooking tools and appliances. No DVD player, but several smart TVs set up with streaming services. There were also plenty of throw blankets as well as some kitchen towels. Beds were pretty comfortable and soft. It's a 3rd floor walk up, and there was ample parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfectly decorated, clean, modern condo..

My friends and I enjoyed this beautiful home. Loved the light breezy decor, screened in balcony , clean full baths and well stocked kitchen! ( had tons of spices as well as a crockpot, blender,etc…) The community swimming pool was very clean and not crowded. Quiet neighborhood and lots of parking. The only downside is the 3rd floor prohibited one “senior” friend from joining us. Would love to come back!
