Livet är bättre barfota i den här sommaren reträtt! Koppla av och njut av den färgstarka utsikten över bukten och havbrisen som sitter på den öppna verandan med utsikt över marinan i detta nya (2019) hem! Ligger vid vattnet i Pot-Nets Bayside, detta 4 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem möjliggör stora sammankomster i det rymliga vardagsrum / matsal. Hemmet är prydd med massor av fönster och glasskjutdörrar som låter det vackra kustljuset översvämma hemmet. Ta en 5-minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden i marinan för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill, privata stranden, fiske och pirka bryggor. Pooler, tennis, basebollplan och lekplatser finns på plats. Det kan hyras båtlån till 40 dollar per dag. En golfbil ingår i den här fastigheten utan extra kostnad. Barn är välkomna och husdjur är också! Bra läge för kajakpaddling och stå-up paddleboarding! Det är en kort bilresa till den världsberömda golfbanan Baywood Greens (10 minuter), skattefria Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter) och de pittoreska centrumsområdena Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

PET-POLICY: Den här enheten är husdjursvänlig. Det finns en max 2 hundar (endast hundar). Djurägare måste betala ytterligare $ 20 per husdjur per natt städavgift. OM du planerar att ta med dig ett husdjur med dig, ring och tala med VÅR RESERVATIONIST.

Vi har en vistelse på minst 7 nätter under vår sommarsäsong. Incheckning är kl 16 på söndagar och utcheckning är klockan 10:00 på söndagar. Vi har minst 2 nätter på alla andra tider på året.

Bo hos oss i 7 nätter och få vårt gratis livsstilspaket! Detta inkluderar ett presentkort på 100 $ till Paradise Grill Restaurant och 2 gratis golfrundor på Baywood Greens Golf Course (måndag till torsdag, efter 13:00).

Båtlipor ligger inom gångavstånd från varje hem och är tillgängliga efter först till kvarn. När du bokar ditt semesterhus, ring oss också för att göra din marinebokning. Våra båtlipor är 24 fot långa, 14 fot breda och kan ligga i en 32 fot lång båt; medelvattendjupet är 4 fot vid lågvatten.

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

For the last 3 years we've been renting a vacation home from Pot-Nets to host the party. The homes are a perfect place to host such a gathering. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nothing was fixed. Love the property, but we were disappointed in the service.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀
