    Precis utanför väg 1 och 3 miles till Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, shoppingcentrum och stränder.

    Dessa lägenheter ligger inom gångavstånd till butikerna, flera restauranger som Cracker Barrel och Park and Ride. Du kan njuta av en dag vid poolen, koppla av på vår skärmad veranda eller vid stranden.

    Bekvämt, 8 sovplatser vuxna och två barn.

    Sovrum Layout:
    Sovrummet har ett privat badrum, klädkammare och king size-säng med en extra tvåbäddsmadrass belägen under sängen för de små. Den har också en platt-tv och DVD-spelare.
    Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och en smart platt-tv och DVD-spelare.
    Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar med extra madrass belägen under en av sängarna. Alla rum har en takfläkt för din komfort.

    Vi har också två utrullning av två barnsängar om det behövs.
    Huvudbadrummet har dusch och badkar. Master bad har en stor dusch. Båda badrummen har handdukar och handtvål med en förrätt toalettpapper.

    Vardagsrummet är det perfekta stället att koppla av med en soffa, kärleksstol och svängbar stol och osmann öppnar upp med extra kasta filtar. Även med takfläkt och en platt-tv och DVD-spelare. Perfekt för en regnig natt att spela brädspel och kortspel som är till din användning. Tillhandahålls också ett mini-majshål. Vänligen ta med DVD-skivor som du väljer.

    Köket är fullt utrustat med allt matlagning, bakning och matartiklar. Brödrost, ugn, mixer och mikrovågsugn finns. Köksbordet har plats för 8 personer med en bänkhöjd för ytterligare 3 personer.
    Avskärmad i veranda har också ett bord och 4 stolar för din njutning.
    Utanför verandan har ett litet bord och 4 stolar också.
    En strandvagn tillhandahålls för att göra din resa till stranden lite enklare.
    Det finns också 4 solstolar och ett paraply med 7 fot.
    Nyligen köpt är också en 38-liters kylare med handtag och hjul. Glöm inte dina strandhanddukar och sunblock

    Andelslägenhet ligger på tredje våningen så att du måste gå upp några steg.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay here was great! The condo was very clean and roomy for all 6 of us. The pool was nice and was not crowded, ever! It was a short drive to the beach with lots of shopping and activities nearby. Our view was not great but again, everything else was perfect.

Property was great. Perfect size for our family (there was 7 of us). We had a good time shopping at the outlets plus some other things (NASCAR race for 4 of us). We all loved our little getaway and look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the beach!

I was extremely pleased with the amount of space and the overall quality of the unit. Everything was very nice, it was great having TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi access for the kids. The pool was an amazing plus for my family. We had a great vacation and I would definitely come back.

Decent stay

The carpets, dishes and “show linen” are definitely showing their age. They have an ant problem that was not disclosed and the unit had some cleaning discrepancies when checking in (dirty pots and pans, used beer can and cigarette butts). The stay was good, everything worked and good location. In the future I would consider renting from an adjacent property but not this one.

Great location but noisy

The house itself was very nice, close to the beach but the noise from the bedroom at night was awful you can hear everyone driving down the highway. We also had an issue all week with ants being all throughout the kitchen, the mangers did bring ant traps and sprays but it didn’t keep them away. Other than those two issues, this place is very nice and decorated and close to shopping and the beach!

Everything was Great

The Condo was great. The only issues I had were, ant were coming into the condo's kitchen and the road noise at night. The ant issue was quickly addressed and resolved with the property manager. As for the nightly road noise, that was due to location and no one is at fault. I would not rent that particular site again due to the noise. The location however was so fantastic for visiting family, going shopping and eating out.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They have a fully stocked kitchen, games and beach chairs. The online pictures don’t do it justice. If you like to shop, this is the perfect location! It’s a quick drive to both Rohobeth beach and Lewis beach! On the downside (but none of these would prevent me from returning): The carpets are old and worn and could use updating or a deep clean. The condo is on the main road and you can hear the traffic from the bedrooms and all emergency sirens at night. The condo is on the third floor, stairs only. Overall this was a great condo, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Better than described!

Location is a drive to beach, 20 minutes in traffic or 20 minutes on a bike path if you have a back pack. Condo looks better than pictures! Flooring in living area is LVP. Furniture is older pattern but so comfortable, condo is comfortable and pretty. Plenty of room! Beds comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We did a puzzle and played board games, nice big coffee table. Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day.You do hear the road and cars but I slept like a rock, it didn’t wake me at all. I called management a couple of times and they answered right away. There are bike racks in parking lot. Rehoboth is very bike friendly.For a family trip, this was a great place to stay!

Good, clean but Highway 1 is a drag

The complex is generic but the unit was very clean, well decorated and spacious with everything needed. Kind of a pain to bring sheets and towels especially as a third floor walk up which is a struggle. Due to the heat the very small outdoor porch was not usable. Pool area is small with tables and limited shade. Bigger issue is route 1 is the view and it’s jammed up all the time. The short distance to the beach is not real time as in summer took 15-20 minutes to go 2 miles and then there’s no parking. Be prepared to circle. Price is really right. Arrived an hour early but NOONE from the rental agency answers their phone. Call back was hours later.

The condo was nice and convienent to stores and only a little over 2 miles to the beach. Having a washer and dryer was great! The beds were comfy! We picked a 3rd floor condo which was difficult with small children, but otherwise was great. The complex was right by the main highway which was a little noisy.

Best Spot in Rohobeth

This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.

Nice elegant place beautifully appointed

everything was very nice-I just don't remember if the fact that it was on the third floor was mentioned in the ad, but that was quite a surprise. One and only problem is the shower in the master bath: the doors are shot and the floor of the shower is slippery when wet which seems like a risky thing.

Ladies annual beach weekend

Renting could not be any easier! Loved the digital keypad entry on the door which allows you to arrive on your own schedule. I had the information several days in advance. The condo was centrally located so we were minutes from beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.

Summer vacation

Very nice, well equipped condo. Literally needed nothing of our own. Rooms are very large. I’m very happy with my choice in places to stay on my weekly vacation.
