The absolute highlight is our 200m² wellness area on the 3rd floor, which our guests can use free of charge. The area features 3 saunas, a lounge, and a relaxation area.
Start your day with a lovingly prepared breakfast and enjoy the sunny hours on the terrace.

The absolute highlight is our 200-square-meter wellness area, located on the 3rd floor, which you can reach either by stairs or conveniently by elevator—which you can use free of charge as a guest.
Spanning approximately 57 square meters, our vacation apartment on the 2nd floor features a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the Kaiser Mountains. It accommodates up to 4 people and features a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with a proper mattress.
Relax in the dining area or on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, as well as illuminated wall mirrors and makeup mirrors. Enjoy the provided hand towels and bath towels. Bathrobes are available at the front desk.
In the small, open, and practically equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster to meet your culinary needs.
If you’d rather not make breakfast yourself, you can always add breakfast to your reservation. We charge 15.00 EUR per person; for children, the price is lower, of course. Just ask.
Reit im Winkl: A Climatic Health Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high altitude, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat and providing ample bus service.
We are a warm, family-run business—Grandma, Grandpa, and we as parents all work here, and our young children are a natural part of our daily life.
That’s why we relaunched our labor of love in 2026.
