Great location to Eastern Illinois University. Clean and well equipped kitchen. If we have more work in Charleston we will definitely stay there again.

Great property! Will stay here again! Better than pictures show! Only issue was communication with company that is supposed to exclusively assist us, (Evolve) was less than ideal. Property owner was great and not aware of over 24 hour response time

This VRBO certainly lived up to its top-tier reviews! We reached out for an early check-in and the owner quickly replied and was extremely accommodating. It’s a great location and 5-6 minutes to EIU and Charleston destinations. Owners have really done a lot of nice updates to the house - modern appliances and decorating was perfect! We lit a fire one night and enjoyed the stars in the back yard. Highly recommend!

Charlie and Suzi could teach a MasterClass on hosting! All the details were considered. The house was immaculate, the beds, bedding and pillows were 5-star hotel quality, including the pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with essentials and extras. The house was designed to bring people together with its quaint reading nooks, conversation sets and connection games. The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private and peaceful. This is hands down the most comfortable, well-appointed place we've stayed in our 15 years visiting Charleston. Evolve's communication was clear, timely and complete. We hope to stay here again!

We were very impressed with this house. We were in town for an event at Eastern Illinois and this house was perfect. Very close to the school. The house is beautifully remodeled. The couch was comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. They had everything we needed for cooking meals too (the restaurants in Charleston leave a little to be desired, but the grocery store is nice!) Overall we loved our stay and will stay here again anytime we need to be in Charleston.

We’ve rented several VRBO properties over the past ten years and this was by far our favorite. So perfectly decorated. 5+++ stars! Watched some baseball games over the weekend 
close to the University with a get away feeling. Thanks for sharing your property with us. You’ve got a keeper!
