“Great experience, from check-in to checkout. Rooms are perfect, the restaurant (The balcony) had some of the best food and wine we've tasted in the Azores. Would have preferred a sauna by the pool and a better gym.
It's awesome to have a swim in the natural pool/atlantic ocean just below the hotel.

“A fantastic place in Ponta Delgada.
We went to the Azores for hiking. Found this place which seemed to be a nice hotel, not only for the modern interior design but also for the possibility to prepare some food for the our excursions.
Even if we did have som expectations we were happily surprised. The room was spacious with a separate comfortable sleeping area, a well equipped kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. We found all we needed and there were plenty of storage space.

“Really nice apartments good located. We were six people and the apartment fitted us all with two bathrooms. The sofa was okey to sleep in. We missed chairs on the terrass though. "Bodde på hotellet i 8 dsgar, och är inte på något vis nöjd med komforten och servicen.
Hotellet håller verkligen inte måttet för ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Fin entre och fin utsikt från rummet som låg på 7 våningen, men städningen var inte bra, rummet ganska slitet, fick mitt täcke utbytt då det fanns blodfläckar på det vilket var riktigt äckligt. Påtalade detta för receptionen som nämner att dom inte byter ut täckena mellan hyresgäster.
Gymmet är slitet och maskinerna och övrig utrustning gammal och rostiga. Poolen och spa avdelningen var ok.
Hotellet ligger ca 15 minuters promenad från Ponta Delgada centrum, och med tanke på priset är det inte riktigt värt det.
Kommer verkligen bo där igen och kan inte heller rekommendera detta hotell lägger därför inte heller upp några bilder."
